This notice describes Cortige contact requests and program interest forms operated by Cole Segura.

The free planning workspace

The workspace stores your brief, notes, completion choices and a filename index in this browser’s local storage. It does not upload the selected photos or videos, provide cloud backup or synchronize devices. You can export and import a JSON plan. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes the local plan. Do not include sensitive client information.

What you share through the interest form

The contact form stores your name, email, business name, contact consent, submission time and referring website origin. Earlier program-interest forms may also include business category, starting materials and a stated goal. Please do not include sensitive personal information or customer material.

Why it is stored

Cole uses these details to review requests and contact people who asked about working together. Registration is free. It is not a purchase or enrollment. No automated marketing email is sent by this version of the website.

Storage and access

The site uses Sites hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database. Cole and authorized service providers operate this service. Registration data is not displayed publicly, sold, or used as a public testimonial. Hosting providers may process routine request logs. For abuse prevention, the form keeps a daily secret-salted hash derived from the request IP address, a request count and an expiry time; the original IP is not saved in the registration database.

Removal and retention

After registering, you receive a private management link on screen. Save it to remove your registration. It is not emailed to you. Registration records older than 90 days and expired abuse-prevention records are removed during form processing and maintenance checks. Daily maintenance is planned; cleanup may be delayed if it cannot run. You can remove your own registration immediately through your private link. If you need earlier removal or lost the link, email Cole. Direct email correspondence is handled separately in the email service.

Your choices

You may choose not to register. Contact cwsegura@protonmail.com to ask about or request correction or removal of your information. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before disclosing or changing a record.

Your light or dark appearance preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this site’s storage.

This version does not add advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. The form records a referring website origin to understand how people arrive; it does not retain the full referring URL. Hosting services may use their own operational mechanisms.
